All you have to do is in the "Conversation" mode of the "Translate" app and just tap the microphone button before speaking. If you want to translate someone's spoken language, the process is the same.

Since the release of iOS 15, automatic translation can be performed without tapping the microphone button, making conversations more natural, seamless, and convenient.

Make sure your iPhone is updated to iOS 15 to take advantage of this new feature. To check if iOS 15 is working, go to Settings > General > About and check System version.
