Cancellation procedures are performed at "My docomo". The web version was renewed on March 22nd, and the app version was renewed on March 24th, and the appearance has changed. Log in to My docomo.The procedure for canceling the mobile phone line is as follows. Please note that once the procedure is completed, you will not be able to communicate immediately.
- Access the procedure site
- d Log in with your account (if necessary)

- Check your contract address (if you need to change your address, do it first)
- For cancellation Confirm the associated costs (the balance of the terminal fee is also displayed, but the balance can be paid in installments)
- Read and agree to the notes on cancellation, and enter the email address to which the cancellation documents will be sent. Enter/confirm (*2)
- Press "Complete the procedure with these details"
- Cancellation is successful

With this method, you will not be able to use the mobile phone service at the time of completion of the procedure, but if you make a new contract with another carrier using the reservation number within the valid period, you can continue the mobile phone number at the time of cancellation.
In the past, docomo had accepted MNP procedures involving immediate cancellation only at docomo shops, but with this initiative, it is now possible to do it at My docomo as well. The procedure is as follows.

However, with this method, if a new contract with another carrier is not completed within the period of the reservation number, the relevant You will "lose" your phone number. Unless there is a serious problem, we recommend the normal MNP procedure.
